Working with APlus Payroll has been a wonderful experience! Any business leader knows that when you want to make changes to payroll, it can create a lot of anxiety and everything needs to go smoothly. We made the change mid-year, which added another level of discomfort. But APlus handled everything seamlessly - no interruptions to our payroll processes, no "trial and error" period that creates angst among employees - everything was clearly communicated and acted on as promised. They contoured their program to our exact needs without heavy lifting or trying to convince us to do it "their way" - they truly made their system fit around us.

The tools they provide are so helpful from all perspectives - detailed management reporting, easy-to-use app for our guys to see their pay stubs and make changes, and simple user administration for when someone inevitably forgets their password - great all the way around!
