Click on "Apply for Sales" and use or Withholding Account.

Fill out and return to WV.

Click on "Register with Department of Revenue."

Click on Create Logon ID.  Once this is created, sign in and click Apply for a New UI Account.

Fill out the Joint Business Registration by clicking on "Create New Account."
