Hailey Beck

Hailey is the warm smile and cheerful voice you’ll find when you walk through the doors at APlus or when calling our office. She loves meeting new people, making clients feel at home, and ensuring every visit starts on a positive note. Building connections and brightening someone’s day is one of her favorite parts of the job.

Outside of work, Hailey is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Administration with a minor in Gender Studies. She’s passionate about using her education to advocate for people who have historically faced discrimination, both in and out of the workplace.

When it comes to fun, Hailey is all about seasonal adventures—pumpkin patches, farmers markets, and Christmas light tours are at the top of her list. She’s also a big fan of thrifting and flea markets, though her “just browsing” trips somehow always end with a new find.

At home, Hailey spends cozy evenings with her cats, Goose and Honey—who, if you ask her, are the real bosses of the house!
