Matt Sanders

Meet Matt Sanders—a people person through and through, and the kind of colleague who actually makes Mondays something to look forward to. Matt’s journey up the ladder (and sometimes sideways, for adventure’s sake) had taken him all the way to Director of Human Resources with a large Company. We are delighted he has chosen quality of life over quantity of hours and joined his wife Sarah here at APlus as a CSS.

Armed with a master’s degree in business and a knack for innovative thinking, Matt’s not just about policies and paperwork—he’s about making a real impact. And if you think HR is his only superpower, think again! Before stepping into the HR world, Matt spent time customizing prosthetics, helping people tackle life’s challenges head-on with heart and ingenuity.

Matt’s life has always followed his heart. He moved to California to be with his then partner, Sarah, proving that love is sometimes the best commute. Later, he uprooted again and headed to Springfield to be closer to his dad—because family comes first in Matt’s book. Speaking of books, Matt is a self-confessed bookworm with a goal to finish a book every week (challenge him for recommendations if you dare).

When he’s not reading, solving work puzzles, or making someone’s day better, Matt’s usually hanging out with his three cats—who definitely think they run the house.

With a love for people, a spirit of adventure, and a bookshelf that’s always a little too full, Matt Sanders is proof that work and life can be a whole lot of fun—and maybe a little bit inspiring, too.
