With a career foundation built at Nespresso, she excelled in customer service, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and advancing to the role of Supervisor. Her ability to lead teams and connect with customers over a shared love for coffee reflects not only her professional expertise but also their genuine passion for making every interaction meaningful.

Academically, she’s achieved impressive strides in language and translation, becoming fluent in both English and Spanish while expanding her skills to include Portuguese and Japanese.
