The good news is…For 95% of the time the answer is yes! After you have been onboarded by our team, you will be introduced to a Customer Support Specialist (Please meet them on our team page) and they will be your primary contact. 

Obviously there are times when they may be out or we may need to switch you to another team member if we are reorganizing, but you will always know who that is and they will also know who you are!
